Job Description
Assisting Director in personal needs and Job related.
Performing as personal assistant task, distributing information, mails and emails
Updating & controlling daily tasks, filling activities and other administration
Controlling Office Supply and maintanace
Provide personal administrative support to Director through conducting and organizing administrative-
duties and activities including receiving and handling any information from related departments.
Requirements :
Preferably specialized in Secretarial / Personal Assistant to Director
30 - 36 years old
Fast Learner required
Must living in Bali
Good communication Skill (Ability of correspondence in Oral and Writing email in English is a must - fluent)
Ability to Multitask, work under pressure and proactive
Smart, strong attention to detail, make reminder, work precisely and accurate
Able to be liaison for information and orders from director to certain parties properlyand appropriately
Must be an efficient, creative, self motivated individual who is also a team player
Possesses the initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction
Willing to work remotely, flexible in working hours, day overtime ( on weekend and public holidays if needed )
Has own motorbike ( preferred )
Added Value :
Have working experience in Insurance Company
Have working experience in Visa Agency / handling expat documents
Have Basic IT Knowledge
