Operation Manager (Maritime)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping operations.

• Strong knowledge of shipping industry regulations, port operations, and cargo handling procedures.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions under pressure.

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise all operational activities related to vessel operations, cargo handling, and port logistics.

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.

• Coordinate and maintain communication with port authorities, shipping agents, and other external partners.

• Lead and coordinate the operational team to ensure all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports related to operational activities.

• Identify operational risks and develop plans to prevent disruptions.

• Ensure the timely submission of all operational and agency reports to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
