Operational Manager (Beauty Clinic)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• 2-4 years experience as Manager/Assistant Manager in Clinic, SPA, or Hospitality
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of aesthetic treatments and sales/market analysis
• Experience in managing beauty clinic licensing (preferred)
• Proven track record in team management and operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with standard procedures
• Collaborate with marketing team to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
• Manage all aspects of beauty clinic licensing and regulatory compliance
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper maintenance of clinical equipment
• Prepare operational reports and monitor clinic financial performance
• Supervise clinical services and maintain service quality standards
