• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,500,000 per bulan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough and ingredients daily (sauce, toppings, etc.)

• Assemble and cook pizzas to order, ensuring quality and consistency

• Operate and maintain pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment

• Ensure work area and equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Monitor inventory and inform management of low-stock items

• Support the kitchen team with prep work and other duties as needed

• Maintain a fast pace during busy periods while delivering excellent quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pizza maker or similar role

• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and ovens

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Passion for food and attention to detail
