PPIC Supervisor

PT Elabram Systems is looking for PPIC Supervisor for our client in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry, placement in Jepara, Central Java, with the following details:

Job Descriptions:

• Develop production plans based on demand forecasts and production capabilities.
• Manage and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure optimal availability.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse departments to ensure timely availability of materials and finished products in line with the production schedule.
• Analyze and evaluate production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Oversee raw material ordering processes and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Prepare regular reports on production and inventory for management review.
• Address and resolve issues related to planning and inventory control as they arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in PPIC or a similar role within the furniture or garment industry.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
