Primary School Principal

Darsyafii School is seeking a committed and visionary educational leader to join our growing Islamic- institution as:

• Strong character and a passion for Sunnah education.

• Bachelors degree in Education is required (Masters in Educational Leadership is a plus).

• Minimum of 3 years experience in school leadership (academic coordinator, vice principal, or principal).

• Familiar with both the National Curriculum and Cambridge Primary Curriculum.

• Proven leadership skills in managing academic and operational aspects of a primary school.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Experienced in leading teacher development, performance management, and school improvement initiatives.

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of academic, Sunnah, and character education programs.

• Supervise teaching quality, student performance, and overall school operations.

• Foster a professional, nurturing, and collaborative environment for students, teachers, and parents.

• Align school policies and systems with the schools mission and Cambridge standards.

• Work closely with the Foundation Director and Senior Leadership Team to achieve school goals.
