PROCUREMENT MANAGER for Interior Fit-Out Projects
Responsibilities:
· Creating and implementing strategies that align with the projects budget, timeline and quality standards.
· Identifying, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers to get the best quality materials and services.
· Analyzing pricing and negotiating terms to get favorable agreements that balance cost and quality.
· Assessing potential suppliers on factors like quality, reliability, delivery performance and production capacity.
· Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring materials and equipment are delivered to job sites on time.
· Making sure procurement activities comply with legal requirements, company policies and industry standards.
· Staying current on market trends, industry developments, and new products.
· Preparing and presenting regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance and cost savings.
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in business adminstration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
· Minimum 7 years experience in procurement or supply chain management with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
· Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Impeccable time-management
· Strategic thinking
· Understanding of risk management
· Understanding of the global market
· Good financial understanding
