Product Development Specialist - DRS

Product Specialist will help IT in documenting the changes of product, and also create guideline of all products.

Roles :

• Writing guidelines for internal products (ASDS, Customer Portal, Javascript, My SQL)

• Do trainings on product enhancement to users

• Gathering product enhancement request from users and follow up until the feature is delivered.

• Documenting products

• Designing robots according to work capacity and specific purposes.

• Selecting high-quality spare parts in building a robot design.

• Collecting information about robot design trends that are in line with current developments.

• Maintaining robotics equipment related to the production process.

Requirements :

• Good in public speaking and communication.

• Hard Skills: Google Suite, MS Office, MySQL, Python, HTML, CSS, Project Management, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.

• Soft Skills: Analytical Skills, Collaborative, Creative Thinking, Critical Thinking, Communication, Team Leadership, Problem Solving, Time Management

• Good on writing guidelines / copywriting

• Eager to learning something new

• Willing to be placed in Lebak Bulus and regularly give training / socialization in branches.
