Production Foreman

Job Description:

1. Reporting to the PJO on all matters related to health, safety, and the well-being of your team members.

2. Coordinating with the MPE for both short-term and long-term production plans.

3. Implementing work plans and schedules provided by the MPE effectively.

4. Ensuring all operational units function efficiently and productively.

5. Working closely with other Production teams to resolve operational issues collaboratively.

Requirement:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the mining industry.

2. Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor\s Degree.

3. Strong communication, leadership, and integrity; honest, firm, and accountable.

4. Understanding of mining administration rules and procedures.

5. Skilled in map reading and technical aspects of mining operations.

6. Familiar with nickel mining processes and Cut & Fill Project methodologies.

7. Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.

8. Understanding of fleet matching calculations and operational efficiency in mining units.

9. Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.
