Production Leader

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Production Leader to join our team in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering or related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in production management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing sector

  • Good knowledge of injection molding and stamping processes

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills and fluent in English (spoken & written)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production operations and ensure targets are achieved

  • Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency

  • Coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures

  • Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals
