• Min. S1 in Civil Engineering/Architecture
• Min. 5 years experience in property/construction projects
• Strong project management & leadership skills
• Expert in project planning & execution
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Great communication & negotiation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project & MS Office

Your Exciting Role:

• Lead & supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project timeline, budget & quality
• Coordinate with contractors & consultants
• Ensure compliance with building regulations
• Risk management & problem resolution
