PROJECT SALES MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive project-based revenue growth.
· Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with Consultant, MEP vendor in the hospitality construction sector.
· Manage the sales process from lead generation to project closing, including negotiation and contract finalization.
· Collaborate with internal teams (technical, presales, and operations) to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
· Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships through professional account management.
Requirements:
· Age Maximum 35 Years old
· Pleasant Personality, Mentally Strong
· Having top health conditions
· Having strong network in the industry
Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and commitment to achieving targets.
· Computer literate, and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
· Proficient in English, speak, read, and write
· Analytical problem-solving skills, creative thinking abilities
· Motivated, Independent but a team player, have the willingness to succeed, and personally value Integrity
· Ready to travel domestic as and when required.
