Content Creator

Role Description

As a Content Creator at Yourpay, you will develop engaging, informative, and compliant content to build brand awareness, educate users, and drive customer acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create end to end and video content for social media (Tiktok, Facebook, etc) and paid ads that are relevant with Indonesian Migrant Workers.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Write compelling copy (storyline) for campaigns, promos, product knowledge, and customer communications.

• Conduct research on fintech trends (remittance), customer pain points, and competitors.

• Optimize content for SEO and performance across channels.

• Stay updated on fintech innovations, regulatory updates, and audience behavior.

• Monitor and analyze content performance, and provide reports (monthly) for future improvements.

• Hosting Live Session on Tiktok & Facebook minimum 2x a month for Q&A session

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role—ideally in fintech, financial services, or tech.

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

• Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics (Google Analytics, etc.), and paid media.

• Familiarity with video editing & design tools (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Software etc.)

• A keen interest in fintech, personal finance, or investing.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

• Basic photography or videography skills is a plus.
