Job Description :
Assist the merchant registration process, both via MOB (Mobile) and manually.
Prepare all documents related to addendums, Sales Orders, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoU).
Communicate any deficiencies or obstacles in the merchant onboarding process to the Sales team.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, or Administration
Excellent two-way communication skills
Detail-oriented
Strong merchant training abilities
Proactive character and high initiative
High level of accuracy/thoroughness
Responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office functions
