The mission is to quickly but steadily evolve to provide merchants with a true omni-channel gateway which includes Cashlez card-present (EDC & mPOS) and Cashlez ecommerce payment services with Open API support for non-competiting payment solutions powered by mobile, ewallet and social media.

Job Description :

  • Assist the merchant registration process, both via MOB (Mobile) and manually.

  • Prepare all documents related to addendums, Sales Orders, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoU).

  • Communicate any deficiencies or obstacles in the merchant onboarding process to the Sales team.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, or Administration

  • Excellent two-way communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong merchant training abilities

  • Proactive character and high initiative

  • High level of accuracy/thoroughness

  • Responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office functions
