Job Description Requirements :
  • S1/D3 Degree
  • 2 years Experience di Project Market within area ( Jatim, Bali/Lombok)
  • Good Communication,Presentation, and work organization Skill, understand to the customer needs, familiar with the project people
  • Good Computer Skills ( Power Point, Excell, Words) is a must , Photoshop , AutoCAD is an advantage
Responsibilities :
  • A business Project Supervisor to company key market of East Java, Bali /Lombok (Focus Area) and East Indonesia (if any ). Supervised daily business sales operation ; Supervised the activities of businesses from Surabaya, Bali/Lombok, East Indonesia
  • He/She must visit KPDM (Key Person Decision Market) in Project Site including Owner /Developer, Consultant ( ME/Architect), Contractor within Area
  • Orchestrated all project sales team operation , sales marketing cost and other sales function
  • Supervised short and long term business goal to report / advice Management Team
  • Ensuring branding strong leading position in the Project Market within area
