Reservation Manager

Responsibility :

Reservations Management

  • Communication with our guests via Airbnb, Booking.com, e-mail and WhatsApp or etc.

  • Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, our website and online platforms.

  • Create and manage reservations and payments for direct bookings.

  • Organize transport, activities, massages, etc. for our guests.

  • Summarize online communication.

Guest Relations

  • Support our team with daily operations, including guest arrivals, departures, and special requests

  • Resolve guest complaints or issues

Qualifications & Skills

·      Experience at a similar position in the hospitality industry

·      Excellent English writing skills

·      Good personal communication skills in English and understanding of guest needs

·      High attention to detail

·      Openness to learn and adapt to our way of guest communication
