Responsibility :
Reservations Management
Communication with our guests via Airbnb, Booking.com, e-mail and WhatsApp or etc.
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, our website and online platforms.
Create and manage reservations and payments for direct bookings.
Organize transport, activities, massages, etc. for our guests.
Summarize online communication.
Guest Relations
Support our team with daily operations, including guest arrivals, departures, and special requests
Resolve guest complaints or issues
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience at a similar position in the hospitality industry
· Excellent English writing skills
· Good personal communication skills in English and understanding of guest needs
· High attention to detail
· Openness to learn and adapt to our way of guest communication
