Purchasing Staff

About the role

We are seeking a talented Purchasing Staff to join our team at PT KCF Indonesia, based in Karawang West Java. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company and contribute to the procurement and inventory management functions.

What youll be doing

• Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for manufacturing operations

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and coordinate timely delivery

• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documentation

• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers

• Have a driving license A

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve procurement-related issues

• Familiarity with systems enterprise resource planning (ERP)

• Have an auditors certificate

• Understanding the machining process is an added value
