QC Staff (Bali Placement)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct through inspections of finished garments to verify overall appearance, construction, trims, labeling and quality of finishing.

2. Inspect garments for defects, stains, loose threads, missing buttons, faulty zippers and other finishing imperfections.

3. Check garment measurements, seam allowances and specifications to ensure they meet approved patterns and size requirements.

4. Verify that labeling and branding elements are correctly attached, aligned and legible according to customer requirements.

5. Identify and document any quality issues or discrepancies found during finishing inspection and communicate findings to superior/supervisor or manager.

6. Collaborate with finishing operators, quality control teams and production managers to address and resolve any quality concerns.

7. Conduct final checks on packaging, folding and presentation of garments to ensure they meet aesthetic and quality standards.

8. Maintain accurate records of finishing inspections, including documentation of findings, measurements and any necessary rework or adjustments.

Requirements:

1. Highschool / Diploma / Equivalent (certification/training in garment or QC is a plus)

2. Proven experience in finishing inspection (preferably in garment industry)

3. Strong knowledge of garment finishing processes, trims, labeling requirements and quality control standards.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify finishing defects and discrepancies.

5. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production teams.

6. Familiarity with garment packaging and presentation standards.

7. Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations related to garment finishing and presentation.
