Job Description:

1. Analyzing the vehicle level issue.

2. Specialization in Chassis Part (braking system & safety system/parts - steering system ACU, etc) bush, stabilizer link, air vent, duct, air bag, head light, wheel speed sensor, steering gear, bearing.

3. Quality/Customer Handling

4. Warranty and Market Claim.

5. Part level inspection and analysis skill.

6. Customer and dealer handling.

7. Knowledge of engineering concept along with drawing and or BoM.

8. Coordinate with related teams for improvement.

9. Identify engineering issues impacting warranty, durability, customer satisfaction, safety, or regulatory compliance by analyzing various data sources and monitoring trends from the field.

10. Reporting to Senior Manager Quality Center Asia.

Requirement:

1. Having experience in Quality and or Warranty domain.

2. Experience minimum 2 years in a similar or relevant role in Automotive Company.

3. Good data analysis capability.

4. Good communication and presentation skill.

5. Strong computer Literacy (Ms. Office Ability).

6. Willing to travel in or outside Indonesia (sometimes) with Minimum Advanced Notice.

7. Minimum bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.

8. Fluent in English (Verbal and Written).

9. Employee Status - Contract Employee (Review Periodically) & have opportunity become Permanent Employee.

10. Placement in Cikarang (GIIC).
