About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Cikarang.

  • Our client is a Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for Assembly Production Line Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the assembly process to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage line balancing and takt time to optimize workflow and efficiency.

  • Create and regularly update production capacity simulations.

  • Analyze and resolve issues related to quality and productivity.

  • Monitor and control 4M changes (Man, Method, Machine, and Material).

  • Supervise the ramp-up of new production lines or models.

  • Attend customer meetings when required, acting as a technical representative.

  • Ensure proper control and maintenance of jigs, tools, equipment, and computers.

  • Oversee part supply and consumables to prevent production delays.

  • Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and productivity.

  • Serve as a team leader for production team members, providing supervision and guidance.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from industrial engineer, mechanical engineer or any related technical field.

  • Have 1 year experience in production assembly lines.

  • Solid knowledge of the Toyota Production System (TPS), including 5S3T, 3M, and Kaizen methodologies.

  • Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting assembly production lines.

  • Conversational English.
