QUALITY & HSE

Job Description:

1. Coordinate with Product Engineer Department to submit Vendor Document List (VDL) and Final Document to Customer.

2. Prepare and submit report of Document Traffic Progress (DTP) to Before Order and After Order team on Weekly Basis.

3. Develop and implement QHSE management system.

4. Identify, analyze and reduce risks related to company operations to ensure the safety and health of employees and the surrounding environment.

5. Develop and implement QHSE procedures.

6. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure that existing QHSE management systems and procedures are effective and in accordance with applicable standards.

7. Manage QHSE documents, Develop and implement QHSE training programs.

8. Investigate and analyze incidents.

9. Manage contracts and vendors related to QHSE.

10. Develop and implement QHSE policies & risk management systems

11. Perform HSE meeting on monthly basis.

12. Prepare and submit Parameter Staff Performance (PSP) Progress and Plan to Superior, FHR and Management annually.

13. Implement QHSE system in company environment.

14. Make identification of QHSE impacts and hazards in each section.

Authorities :

1. Stopping activities that are deemed unsafe or not in accordance with QHSE procedures.

2. Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment and work processes to ensure occupational safety and health.

3. Identify and mitigate risks associated with company operations.

4. Access QHSE documents including procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and QHSE records.

5. Develop and implement effective QHSE procedures.

6. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure that the existing quality management system is effective and in accordance with applicable standards.

7. Authority to manage contracts and vendors related to QHSE.

8. Develop and implement effective QHSE policies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering. 

2. English proficiency is a must.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both verbal and written.

4. Computer literate is a must (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word).

5. Proactive, initiative, creative, problem solver, fast learner, work with deadline, less supervision and Adaptability to high-pressure situations.

6. Well organized and good planner.

7. Good analytical skill and logical thinking.

8. Loyal, smart working, both good individual and team player.

9. Work Location in Head Office at Jakarta Barat, Cengkareng-DKI Jakarta.

10. Can use Technical Drawing Software, min. AutoCAD 2D will be an advantage.

11. Having an AK3U Certificate (Sertifikat Calon Ahli K3U) issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia is a must.

12. Having a certificate and experience in handling the management of hazardous and toxic materials (LB3) will be an advantage.

13. Having a Certificate of Awareness in QHSE Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015) will be an advantage.

14. Having a Certificate of Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 based on ISO 19011:2018 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems) will be an advantage.

NOTES :

The interview process will take place in one round directly with the user (no second interview will be held). Candidates who are successful in the interview will then proceed to the offering package stage.
