Spatial Designer (Retail Store Designer)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for spatial design of commercial stores, fixtures, and advertisements; able to provide creative and practical design proposals and renderings based on different business formats and brand characteristics.

2. Proficient in producing construction drawings and design renderings.

3. Stay informed of market trends, industry practices, and consumer needs; possess good awareness of industry developments and be capable of incorporating innovative business models into design.

4. Collaborate effectively across departments or work independently to address communication needs and provide professional design input.

5. Demonstrate strong execution and stress management skills, with the ability to control design quality, timelines, and costs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree

2. 2-3 Years experience in retail desginer

3. Passionate about design, with creative ideas and strong innovation and comprehension skills; good at communication and teamwork.

4. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.

5. Fluent in English is a MUST, proficiency in Mandarin is a PLUS
