- Branch operational planning and policy.
- Coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and analyze branch sales operation, and sales program activities per area.
- Evaluate new products from principals to ensure product penetration in the market in branches per area.
- Controlling Branch P&L. Maintain Customer.
- Collection Evaluation.
- Operational Compliance.
- Conduct coordination meetings.
- Coordinate and implement the quality management system.
- Conducting coaching, reporting, and other tasks.
- At least a Bachelors degree in any major.
- Experienced as Branch Manager or Regional Operation Manager on Pharmaceutical Industry at least 5 years.
- Proficient in English both spoken and written.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs especially Ms. Excel (IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUM, MAX, MIN).
- Knowing of CDOB, CDAKB, Labour and related regulations.
- Proficiency in branch management (Sales, Logistics, Administration/Accounting).
- Good communication and cooperation.
- Able to drive a car and having a valid drivers license (SIM A).
- Willing to be assigned to Head Office.
- Willing to travel on business trips.
