About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is an FMCG company. Currently, they are looking for Regional Sales Manager (Outside Java Area).

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Conduct market analysis to identify business growth opportunities and competitor insights.

• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to align with company goals.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in promotional activities.

• Drive negotiations and contracts with key accounts and business partners.

• Other related task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree.

• 5 years of experience as Sales Manager handling LMT Food Distributor from Outside Java Area.

• Business level in English.

• Willing to have Business Trip.
