Relationship Manager - Corporate Financing

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to grow our corporate financing portfolio and expand our market presence. This role is responsible for developing new corporate business relationships, managing credit assessments & documentations, and strengthening partnerships to align with the companys strategic goals.

• Utilize an extensive wide network of customers, vendors/suppliers and other financiers.

• Actively pursue, seek out, offer and acquire new corporate customers to expand companys portfolio. 

• Boost, expand, and strengthen market presence and create awareness in the corporate industries by aligning marketing activities with company strategies and business model.

• Able to analyze financial data, make and persuasively present credit proposals within internals and credit committee.

• Plan, implement, and monitor departmental budgets and expenses to optimize financial performance.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Management/Finance/Business/Accounting or other relevant background.

• Had a minimum 3 (three) years of working experience

• Experts in corporate banking or financing / leasing, with deep experience managing Conglomeration Groups, Corporate companies, Public Listed companies, and Korean companies.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross department relationships.

• Accustomed in communicating with C-level key persons and able to negotiate with them.

• Strong analytical skill and highly motivated to overcome challenges.

• Team player, self-starter and able to work independently.
