Requirements:

• High School, Diploma, or equivalent

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, sociable presence

• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Strong attention to detail (for product labeling, stock accuracy)

• Positive, team-oriented, and reliable

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Descriptions:

• Handling customer service and ensuring smooth transactions

• Responsible for the overall retail shop operations

• Ensures excellent guest service, manages stock movement, and oversees the receiving and releasing of retail goods

• Ensure the product displays are visually attractive and organized

• Record all transactions on the shopping charge form
