Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Law and Finance.

• Proven experience in handling corporate legal and corporate finance functions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a risk management or compliance role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

• Strong command of Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) and English is essential.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for the companys operations.

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential risks across various business functions, including financial, operational, and legal.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management controls.

• Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on risk-related matters.

• Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes related to risk management.
