Job Description:

As a Sales Assistant, you will provide support to the store manager and salesperson, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store and provide detailed product specification.
• Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle basic cashier duties, including processing transactions and packing orders.
• Restock and organize inventory.
• Assist in arranging in-store promotions, sales events, and special displays.
• Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Work closely with the store Salesperson and management team to support overall operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or post-secondary education.
• Experience in retail/hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluent in English.
