Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional events at schools, campuses, and public areas

• Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing strategies

• Lead and manage sales campaigns and field activities

• Collaborate with vendors and external parties for edutainment events

• Initiate and maintain partnerships with corporate clients for HR development

• Prepare promotional materials and detailed event timelines

• Evaluate and report on sales and event outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum TOEFL score of 450 and fluent in spoken English

• Male/Female, maximum age 35

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and innovative

• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Active in community or organizational activities

• Must have own transportation
