Sales Executive (Wastewater Treatment)

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of wastewater treatment solutions to industrial and commercial clients. This includes developing project opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring client satisfaction from the initial sale through project completion. You will play a critical role in the businesss success by achieving sales targets and contributing to the companys growth.

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for wastewater treatment projects.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, demonstrating the benefits and features of wastewater treatment systems.

  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to develop proposals, tenders, and quotes.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to ensure both company and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor project timelines and provide support during the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and innovations in wastewater treatment technologies.

  • Provide after-sales support, handling customer inquiries and coordinating maintenance services.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions as needed.

Requirements

  • Candidate should ideally possess a university degree in Business Studies or Marketing with minimum 2 years of B2B Sales/Projects experience

  • Fluency and ability to write in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Must have excellent people skills, planning management skills with an ability to convey key messages internally and externally

  • Preferably with basic grasp of technical understanding

  • Basic understanding of chemical principles is a plus

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Willing to be hands on and positive learning attitude

  • Team player mindset, able to work independently and get involved in the execution of principle sales strategies

  • Must have prior experience in project sales

  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles with technical products. 

  • Knowledge of local wastewater treatment regulations and standards.

  • Existing network of contacts within the water and wastewater industry will be an added advantage.
