Sales (HRIS)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through various sales channels.

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and customer support.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Record and report sales activities using CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proven experience in sales and sales management.

  • Ability to conduct product training and support clients.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in the HRIS, SaaS, or IT industry is a plus.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Willing to travel as needed.
