Sales Manager - F&B Industry
Our client, an F&B manufacturer, is currently looking for a Sales Manager with the following details:
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B customer prospects in the chili paste industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, especially in the HORECA sector.
Source and manage distributors in both Retail and HORECA channels.
Design and implement effective sales strategies and work plans to increase sales in B2B, Retail, and HORECA markets.
Monitor and ensure the execution of sales programs aligns with sales targets.
Lead and build a solid sales team to achieve business goals.
Prepare comprehensive and insightful sales reports to support strategic decisions.
Provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and impact of sales initiatives.
Gather and analyze market and competitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
Contribute ideas for new product development based on market trends and demand—particularly targeting HORECA clients such as catering services, hotels, and cafés
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any field.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience in B2B, Retail, and especially HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) industries.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (HORECA Industry)
Having an existing customer database to offer is a strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of commitment and professionalism.
Willing to travel or be assigned to other cities as needed.
Possess a valid drivers license (SIM A).
