Requirements:

• Minimum education is Bachelors degree from any major.

• Fluency Mandarin both oral and written (HSK 4 - 5)

• Working experiences in the same field at least 3 year

• Have professional integrity and personality

• Strong mentally, creative, proactive and fast learning

• High energetic with initiative and confidence

• Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage

  Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales according to the specified target.

• Coordinate the implementation of sales strategies to superiors.

• Sourcing Prospect Clients (Sales Activity).

• Following Up on the Extension of the PKS that will end to the Client.

• Preparing Cost Simulations (SimCost) / Business Schemes.

• Determining whether or not a Conducting Coordination Meetings (Project Briefings) with All Related Divisions (Recruitment, Operations, Finance, IT).

• Monitoring the Workforce Fulfillment process (If New Hire).

• Monitoring the New Project Process During One Payroll Cycle.

• Analyzing Sales Performance Results By Weekly and Implementing Sales Strategies.

• Receiving and Resolving Customer Complaints (Handling Complaints).

• Assist with Mandarin interpretation during meetings.

• Maintain good relationships with clients.
