PT BKS Indonesia, located in Cikarang (Deltas Silicon 5), has been a trusted name in industrial knife production, grinding, and 5-axis milling/turning services for 11 years. To support our expansion, we are looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing to lead our growth in Indonesia.

As a key player in our team, you will:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base in industries requiring industrial knives and precision machining (5-axis milling/turning).

  • Engage with Clients: Understand technical requirements, provide expert advice, and build long-term relationships.

  • Manage Projects: From quotation to delivery, ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Explore New Markets: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in sectors like plastics (compounding, masterbatches, virgin materials).

  • Lead Customer Visits: Travel across Indonesia to meet clients, present solutions, and report on market trends.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Diploma 3 / Politeknik in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields.

  • Experience: 10+ years in industrial sales, preferably in industrial knives, machining, or mechanical engineering.

  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret 2D/3D drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD is a plus).

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the plastic industry is advantageous.

  • Language: Fluent English (written & spoken) - essential for international collaboration.

  • Mobility: Willing to travel nationwide.

  • Personality: Independent, confident, and adaptable in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
