Requirements :

  • Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) - Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics

  • Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Assistant Managaer in Manufacturing company / Food Industry / FMCG

  • Have a proven record of practical implementation of preventive maintenance system

  • Have a knowledge & experience to Manage an Engineering project

  • Understand 3 phase electricity electrical control wiring, PLC operational

  • Understand Inverter operational and basic parameeter setting

  • Familiar with budget control

  • Fluent in English and or minimum N3 for Japanese skill will be advantage

Responsibility :

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.

  • Perform necessary analysis, estimate and preparation for all maintenance work such as repair, modification, improvement and new installation.

  • Ensures that all machinery, equipment, are maintained in excellent working condition to support production prosess.

  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available.

  • Develop and manage the maintenance department budget.

  • Responsible to implementation GMP, ISO 22000, 45001, 14001 in Engineering area.
