Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Commission Sales Associate. As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers. You will engage in sales activities, build and maintain client relationships, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

 Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand customer needs and requirements

Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques

Self-motivated and target-driven

Ability to work well in a team

Experience in sales or customer service

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Job Desc:

* Follow up on the queries and leads, and generate new leads and enquiries

* Develop and maintain sales and post-sales relationships with high-value individuals eg company and product presentations, proposal development, contract negotiations

* Maintain sales records and reports

* Reach or exceed the revenue goals set by the company.

*Actively organizing sales visits with architects and designers to achieve the monthly target provided by the company

* Have excellent product knowledge and are therefore able to demonstrate and present products with confidence

* Team player and can work in close knit groups, able to meet and handle high net worth individuals.

* Ready to sell and market exclusive and nice products.

Requirement:

1. 3-5 years experience

2. Fluent in English will be advantage

3. Market Analytical

4. Creativ Skill to develop and execute plans attracting customers

5. Communication and Sales Skills and a knowhow how to do business digitally

 Sallary         : IDR 6.000.000 - 8.000.000

Bonus          : IDR 5.000.000 - 15.000.000
