Sales Supervisor

  1. Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets.

  2. Analyze market trends and sales strategies to increase revenue.

  3. Provide coaching and training for the sales team to enhance performance.

  4. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotions and sales strategies.

  5. Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided by the sales team.

  6. Prepare sales performance reports and present them to management.

    Qualifications:

    -Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field.

    -At least 1 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in the automotive industry.

    -Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

    -Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.

    -Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    -Good understanding of sales strategies and automotive industry trends.
