SALES RETAIL

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer and sell products to customers based on their needs.
• Provide clear and engaging product information to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Manage stock, perform inventory checks, and ensure attractive product displays.
• Process sales transactions and ensure proper payment procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers to drive repeat purchases.
• Support promotional and marketing activities in-store or at events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales/retail (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of fashion/wellness products (if relevant) is a plus.
