Job Overview

PT OS SELNAJAYA (Japanese recruitment agency) is currently assisting our clients in Manufacturing Company to finding a Secretary and Admin (Japanese Speaker) roles to join their team! In this role, you will be a key part of the companys operations and administration, responsible for effectively supporting management.

Job Description:

-Manage schedules and calendars for management, including setting up meetings and appointments.

-Coordinate with the General Affairs (GA) team for travel and accommodation arrangements.

-Organize and maintain contract and agreement documents.

-Handle departmental cost control activities (e.g. entertainment and team-building expenses).

Requirement:

-Bachelors degree in any major

-2-3 years as a personal assistant or secretary will be advantage

-Fresh graduates with internships/projects are welcome to apply

-Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) will be advantage

-Fluent in English (spoken and written)

-Can speak Japanese with proficiency N3 will be advatage

-Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively

-Able to work under pressure and take initiative
