- Create building designs and detailed drawings both by hand and using specialist computer-based design (CAD) applications.
- Prepare designs and technical drawings and solutions to complex architectural and interdisciplinary problems, develops, checks designs and details, provide routine site visit, participates on-site meeting & email correspondences.
- Work closely with a team of other professionals such as contractors, construction managers and quantity surveyors.
- Select the materials that will be used in the construction process.
- Minimum education: S1 Architect.
- Experience In the field Architecture minimum 4 years.
- Have knowledge about interior design, building structure and MEP.
- Mastering Autocad, SketchUp 3D, Lumion, 3D Max.
- Creative and able to work together in teams and individually.
- Capable of clear and effective communication with clients and exhibits strong presentation skills, interactive working method
