Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Person in Charge (PIC) to join our team at a grocery store. The PIC will oversee shift management, sales, and training development while ensuring smooth operations within the store.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the grocery store
• Supervise and lead a team of employees
• Implement budgeting strategies to optimize store performance
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold phone etiquette standards
• Drive wireless sales initiatives within the store
• Develop and conduct training programs for staff

Requirements
