About the role

Join the team at PT Hookah Place Partnership as a full-time Bartender in our vibrant venue located in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting exquisite cocktails to delight our guests.

What youll be doing

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area to ensure efficient service

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, making recommendations, and ensuring a positive dining experience

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations

  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies

  • Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to support the overall operations of the venue

What were looking for

  • Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and ingredients

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
