What youll be doing

• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Mentoring and training junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
• Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols

What were looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a senior engineering role, preferably within the mechanical engineering field
• Strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, design, and analysis
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools, such as CAD, simulation, and data analysis
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• A bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
