Senior Finance & Accounting

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in accordance with company standards.

• Ensure proper documentation and recording of all financial transactions.

• Manage bookkeeping processes including general ledger, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.

• Record and reconcile financial transactions from marketplace platforms.

• Oversee financial documentation and transaction flow for offline stores, distributors, agents, and business partners.

• Utilize accounting software efficiently to support financial operations.

• Assist with tax calculations and ensure timely tax reporting and compliance.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and bookkeeping principles.

• Proficient in analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger entries.

• Familiar with financial processes related to e-commerce and marketplace platforms.

• Knowledge of offline retail and distribution financial flows is a plus.

• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or similar platforms).

• Good understanding of tax calculation and basic tax compliance requirements.
