Technical Process Assistant Manager

• Supervise the daily technical operations of processing equipment such as mixers, cookers, extruders, and forming machines.

• Monitor machine efficiency, analyze performance data, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime.

• Support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all processing machinery.

• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure machinery operates in compliance with product specifications and safety standards.

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of new processing equipment or systems.

• Maintain technical documentation including SOPs, machine manuals, maintenance records, and change history.

• Coordinate technical training for operators and technicians to improve machine handling and first-level maintenance skills.

• Identify and lead improvement initiatives to increase machine uptime, efficiency, and energy optimization.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role handling food or manufacturing processing machines.

• Strong knowledge of processing equipment operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

• Familiarity with TPM, OEE, and other continuous improvement tools is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
