Senior IT Project Manager

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and alignment between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Oversee project documentation, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear task assignments, deliverables, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive project governance, reporting regularly to senior management on status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance on projects related to regulatory reporting systems (e.g., Antasena), SLIK integration, and process automation using RPA tools.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, in the banking industry.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience managing projects involving Antasena (ojk reporting system), slik integration, and rpa implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Pmp, Pronce2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
