As a Senior Project Manager - Core Banking, the candidate will lead the successful delivery of complex banking transformation projects that leverage Our Clients core banking solutions. They will manage the implementation lifecycle end-to-end for SaaS, cloud, and on- prem solutions, oversee customer engagements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver to time, quality, and cost expectations. This role demands deep knowledge of core banking solutions, SaaS and cloud implementation processes, excellent program and project management skills, and the ability to align software implementations with customer business objectives.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager

• Program Planning and Strategy: Define scope, objectives, and success metrics; develop detailed program roadmaps; align deliverables with customer goals and Our Clients strategic product roadmap.
• Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for customers; provide expert guidance; build strong relationships with customer executives and stakeholders.
• Program Execution and Delivery: Lead end-to-end implementation; manage data migration; oversee integration of core banking modules and third-party applications.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional resources; provide leadership and direction; track resource utilization and cost.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Work with technology partners and third-party vendors; oversee contracts and performance.
• Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement governance frameworks; provide regular project updates; conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Support Business Development: Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams; identify opportunities for additional solutions or services.

Qualifications of the Senior Project Manager

• Languages: Native / Fluent Bahasa Indonesia + Fluent English - Mandatory
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus. - Strongly Preferred
• Experience: 10+ years in IT program management; strong knowledge of core banking platforms; experience in diverse markets. - Mandatory
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, middleware, SaaS and cloud-based deployments, and digital banking solutions.- Strongly Preferred
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Work Environment: Full-time role with hybrid work; some travel required.
