Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Thorough knowledge of sales techniques, enjoy asking for business and closing sales, who has passion generating leads and coaching others. Consistently arranging customer meetings & calls
- Effective follow up with deadline. Managing admin work related to his/her sales activities. Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients
- Be familiar with Accor sales tools, loyalty program, ANAIS, meeting planner, CVENT …etc.
- Monthly, quarterly business reviews to evaluate the commercial achievement
- Consistently make calls/ challenging calls; smartly targeting the deployment accounts on weekly basis. And spend minimal time in office
- Make onsite and field presentations to prospective clients, attend trade shows and participate in sales blitzes
- International accounts/segment action plan for short & long term to develop his/her deployed accounts list
- Explore key sources markets, especially International and Global accounts in RFP, with accurate sales plan, including market visits and virtual calls
- Growing the hotel share from international/Regional/ Global managed accounts especially Rooms & groups with action plan, based on the yearly calendar of events
- Very well connected and has knowledge of dealing with International/Regional/ Global managed accounts
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Five (5) years experience in a Sales position, preferably in a global hotel chain
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
- Professional communication skills with consumers, stakeholders and regional office
- Confident personality with leadership skills with good presentation skills
- English - excellent oral and written skills
- Computer literacy adapted to the field of Sales: strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
- Familiar with Accor Tools (Global RFPs, Cvent, ANAIS etc.)
- Self-motivated personality and a great team player, who is supporting the team members and coaching them with previous experience
