Finance Accounting Tax Assistant Manager

Job Title: Finance, Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager 

Location: SCBD, South Jakarta (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.

• Ensure compliance with capital market regulations, financial reporting standards, and corporate governance requirements.

• Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring alignment with local and international tax regulations.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as OJK, IDX, and tax authorities for compliance and reporting.

• Develop financial strategies to optimize cash flow, investment, and capital structure.

• Oversee internal controls and risk management related to financial operations.

• Lead and coordinate financial audits, working closely with external auditors and advisors.

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring from a financial and tax perspective.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance and accounting team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent certification preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong understanding of capital markets and public company financial reporting.

• Experience working with OJK, IDX, and other financial regulatory institutions.

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, PSAK, and tax regulations in Indonesia.

• Proven track record in financial strategy, risk management, and corporate finance.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
