About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional to join our dynamic team at PT Sumber Alam Cipta Makmur Abadi, based in Surabaya, East Java.

As a Senior Sales in our full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales growth and success of our organisation.

What youll be doing

• New customer seeking

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including responding to tenders and proposals

• Providing expert sales and product knowledge to customers, ensuring their needs are met

• Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service

• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

• Continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

• Providing feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve processes and strategies

What were looking for

• 20-35 years old

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a similar industry; commodity

• Persuasive, mobile, good physical stamina, highly motivated

• Self vehicle owned with SIM

• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities

• Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

• D3 / S1 Graduated Degree
